NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an action has been commenced and is now pending or is about to be commenced in the Circuit Court upon the complaint of the above named Plaintiff against the above named Defendant for the purpose of foreclosing a certain mortgage of real estate heretofore given by Donna Agee to Citimortgage, Inc. bearing date of February 23, 2007 and recorded August 7, 2007 in Mortgage Book 8179 at Page 247 in the Register of Mesne Conveyances/Register of Deeds/Clerk of Court for Anderson County, in the original principal sum of One Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Five Hundred Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($198,550.00).  That thereafter on February 23, 2007, the said First Citizens Bank and Trust Company, Inc , for valuable consideration received, did transfer, assign and set over the Mortgage and the Note secured thereby unto CitiMortgage, Inc., which assignment was recorded in said RMC/ROD Office on August 7, 2007, in Book 8179 at Page 263., and that the premises effected by said mortgage and by the foreclosure thereof are situated in the County of Anderson, State of South Carolina, and is described as follows: All that piece, parcel or lot of land, situate, lying and being in Anderson County, State of South Carolina, being known and designated as Lot Numbers 48 & 49, being more fully described on plat prepared by Anderson Surveying Associates, Inc., Don M.
