All that certain lot of land situate in Broadway Township, in the County of Anderson, State of South Carolina, and in School District Number Five, lying at the intersection of Boggs and Sansbury Streets and being fully shown as Lots numbers Twenty-seven (27) and Twenty-eight (28) on a certain plat made by D. G. Casey, Registered L.
